Very upbeat, cheerful, painless, expertise. I had 27 vials of blood taken and never felt the needle go in our come out - even better, no big bruise afterward. Plan to make this my regular testing location! 😀

Made an appointment and was seen right away when I arrived. The phlebotomist was friendly. Not sure why so many bad reviews, if you are nice to people they typically reciprocate
