Had an appointment but their crapper was full and they didn't call to let anyone know. Worst location ever. Trash garbage.

I had an experience today with a lab tech named Michelle. She was very snarky towards me from the second I walked in to get my blood drawn. She kept saying sneaky, snarky, and sly comments towards me because I didn’t have the “correct paperwork”from my doctor but I wasn’t given any in the first place, when I finally made it known that I didn’t have any paperwork for like the 3rd time she said she would “check the fax” in which she didn’t do she just acted like she did while giving me dirty looks and mean comments (I could see the computer screen). I asked her what I should do since she couldn’t find the info and she looked at me and just said “you should leave” with an awful tone. I’m not going to go into specifics on all of the comments but I will leave it at this it was a very overall rude experience.

Wait time was longer this time for a scheduled appointment.

Too busy, overbooked and understaffed. TV so loud with looping BS it's hard to hear staff wearing masks. Find another location. 40 minutes behind on appointments means you need to book

My favorite part of this location is listening to the dystopian Quest Diagnostics ad on an endless loop. Its an advertisement about how to make an appointment, how easy it is to check in with zero wait times. But the irony of that is every single appointment I ever made here, I have to wait at least over 30 minutes late. They have only 3 phlebotonists on-site with at least 100+ appointments booked. Just close this location down. At some point it becomes a liability to the employees and patients. I still have a bruise from where I was stuck days ago, and that never happens. The person I saw told me they wanted water all day and haven't been able to stop once since they started. Why are companies like Quest allowed to monopolize on blood diagnostic services where we all become subject to their terrible practices and customer service? Why doesn't Quest have to pay back to their customers for missing appointments? What about the employees subject to these conditions? I feel like they should have to pay penalties for offering such awful service, constantly miss appointments, and its basically false advertising at a certain point. Its dangerous at a certain point and an unnecessary risk.

This was the absolute most atrocious lab work experience of my life. I made an appointment for 9:40 am. The appointment was confirmed, and I received an email AND text message confirming the appointment. I arrived early at around 9:25 am to see a sheet of paper taped to the door (next to the ‘No concealed weapons’ sign) enlightening me that they in fact weren’t open until 10am, despite being advertised as open at 6am and CONFIRMING my appointment for 9:40am. This of course is after I paid for an Uber to get there for my SCHEDULED appointment. Not only was there no notification to me that they wouldn’t be open, but in fact quite the opposite - the appointment time was CONFIRMED via both text and email. Of course, myself and many others who had SCHEDULED appointments between 6am (when it was supposed to open) and 10am had to stand around waiting in the freezing cold hallway, only to then be forced to experience a chaotic mob rush when the doors finally opened at 10am and a horde of people, having not eaten and having had to wait in the cold for hours in some cases, bombarded the check in stand. Whoever was responsible for this catastrophic moment of human idiocy truly defies all theoretical foundations regarding Darwinism and evolution, for it is not biologically feasible that genes so cataclysmically moronic could possibly have survived thousands of years of human evolution to get to this point.

On Saturdays they open at 7, not at 6, they should correct the publication since one comes to N to waste time

I had an appointment today at 8:20am and due to some emergency I reached 10 mins late and they said we can’t do testing today you are late and you have to follow stand by in which we cannot see you today. Honestly there was no patient inside and only two to three cars outside and she said that we are busy. Even after explaining the situation she is not ready to accommodate. No human understanding. She doesn’t seems busy even but showing that she is busy and spending 10 mins in discussion that we can’t see you instead of which she can take care of patients. Very bad experience at 5960 beach boulevard quest diagnostics.

It's a terrible location.
They don't care about anything.
I just checked the previous review, and the schedule time is still not fixed on their answering machine, neither on their website after 8 months since people complained about their working hours.

One of the techs was nice and polite, but the other was hands down the most disrespectful person I’ve met in the medical field. She got angry because nicely I told her which vein always get blood drawn and loudly announced several rooms down that I was trying to tell her how to do her job and she wasn’t going to draw my blood. She shouldn’t have a job working with anyone. She has no clue what people have going on in their life or why they are there and shouldn’t be adding embarrassment onto their plate because she has a temper and nasty attitude.

Received a specimen to drop off, was given the wrong instructions for the test. Had to call the doctor to get the right ones. Arrived at 6am and hit help and drop off like the lady told me but then another employee proceeded to tell me I have to do a walk in appointment for a refrigerated specimen. They always leave a bruise when ever blood is taken. I asked can they at least put the specimen in the fridge she said it's fine. Very unprofessional. Prefer lab corp any day.

36+ appointments per hour and **two** people performing services. At 5 minutes per blood draw, they’re shoving 90 minutes of work into a 60 minute period. Pure insanity. I get why they’re so short with people — they’re both overwhelmed and probably dealing with angry people for something that is the fault of management and not them.
My next note is going to Florida Blue to ask why they are doing business with a company that treats their employees and customers this way. I’ll never come back, especially since I was more than an hour late from my lunch hour and lost actual money thanks to Quest.
