WAS GOOD FAST, AND CONVENIENT; EXPERIENCED TECH WAS PLEASANT AND PROCEDURE WAS PAINLESS.
RECOMENDATION? THERE ARE BASICALLY ONLY QUEST AND LAB CORE IN THE AREA. INSURANCE COVERS QUEST, SO I USE QUEST, SIMPLE AS THAT.

The technician was great once we got back there. She was friendly and quick, and the actual blood draw went smoothly. But we had an appointment at 2:00 and didn't get called back until about 2:45. We had to change our afternoon plans because we were at the office for so much longer than we intended to be.

Made online appointment, was acknowledged when I got there but waited over an hour. Making online appointments is almost impossible! Takes over an hour! Program keeps going in a loop, over and over! NEED TO FIX IT!!
