Location is now closed!!! Had an appointment for this morning (3/13) and I drive up to this location only to find a note on the door saying this location is closed. Did not receive any calls or emails notifying me they were closed. I even received an appointment reminder email just last night for this appointment at this location. Now I have to reschedule this appointment for another location which will likely be weeks later due to lack of morning appointments available. This location has historically treated their patients like garbage and this branch closure does not surprise me at all.

A bad experience, according to my doctor, he gave me the referral, when I arrived to register it was not possible, I have no idea why, when trying to get help from the employees they only shield you and say we will call you, it was never done, 1 hour 10 minutes in the place and my wife could not do the exams, very bad service, by God so expensive that they charge for everything, terrible service.

Terrible attention to Latin patients, I would say very bad, they don't attend to you when you talk to them, they tell you that they will check when your appointment doesn't show up and they don't do anything, they call those who arrive last, don't even think about that laboratory, they have no sensitivity with people.

Had a early morning appointment, not one patient waitng, a number of people arrived 20 minutes later, obviously late for their appointment. Quest associates didn't start taking patients back until 30 mins later and I'm still waitng. Be nice if your patients aren't on time, at least your employees can start on time.

WAS GOOD FAST, AND CONVENIENT; EXPERIENCED TECH WAS PLEASANT AND PROCEDURE WAS PAINLESS.
RECOMENDATION? THERE ARE BASICALLY ONLY QUEST AND LAB CORE IN THE AREA. INSURANCE COVERS QUEST, SO I USE QUEST, SIMPLE AS THAT.

After extending my tech a seasonal greeting, I received the sort of sullen petulance one usually only encounters in fast food restaurants. When discovering a SNAFU in my paperwork, rather than jump in and try to straighten out a miscommunication, she immediately became first defensive, then argumentative, until I straightened out the issue via phone. Quest Diagnostics should consider recruiting future representatives of their brand from high achievement schools, rather than Popeye's Fried Chicken.

Let me first state that the phlebotomist working at this location are always very professional and caring (5 stars for these workers.). My issue is how Quest appears to keep a bare minimum of staffing personnel at this location given that it is always busy. I always book online. The automated check in works fine. On this occasion I left over an hour after my scheduled visit because there was only one phlebotomist working. I tried to cancel but since I had already checked in, I was unable to do that via the app. (You need your appointment code to cancel which I had deleted. Lesson learned. Don’t delete email.) As part of the online reservation system, you can wait in your car and receive a notification when to enter the waiting room. After I had left, I received a text saying I should come into the waiting room over 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I understand staffing issues occur when people call in sick but I am surprised Quest doesn’t have on call temp phlebotomist’s to fill in when needed. I made a new appointment for 2 days later and only waited 30 minutes. I have blood work done every 6 months at a minimum. In the future, I will book appointments earlier than required and be prepared to leave when it is clear the wait will be over an hour and then reschedule.

The technician was great once we got back there. She was friendly and quick, and the actual blood draw went smoothly. But we had an appointment at 2:00 and didn't get called back until about 2:45. We had to change our afternoon plans because we were at the office for so much longer than we intended to be.

There is no reason this company as a whole has such long wait. This company needs to hire more people. The lack of staff is nothing more than corporate greed. There’s no reason to have a 2 hour wait to have blood drawn every single time it needs to be done.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The lady who attended to us was very rude, impatient, and we missed my wife’s appointment because they called the wrong name and didn’t even bother to ask if my wife was there, even though I had informed them that I had the schedule for both me and my wife. I recommend going somewhere else if possible.

my wife did blood test and urine test blood test was ok urine test was a problem she only can produced around 1/4 of the container and was told to that its not enough the new lab tech told her to bring the container home and bring it back when its full
so my wife complied waited about 1hour at home finally got the required amount she went back to this location and was told she need to make a appointment to drop off the sample or she can wait so she waited by the way this started at 6.50am its already 2pm she was still there she was so hungry she just left frustrated she lost hours from work lost power because of fasting it was just a test drop off SMFH will never come back to this place

My mother and I had an appointment today. First, they attended to us very late and the lady who had our turn was working in cubicle N.3 and she did everything with anger. I really chose there because we live nearby. My experience has been very good on Beach Blv. They are excellent there. I'm never going back there again. Send them to take a course so that they have good attention with the public. I do not recommend that place. My very bad experience.

I showed them my appointment email on my phone and they stood there and told me that they couldn't find my appointment. Ridiculous!
