The 3 stars arey for the young man who put the window in. I was charged 39.99 for glass recycling when I had no glass. Customer service said they have to charge that even so. Which i felt was wrong

Windshield was replaced quicker than expected. I have had 2 previous windshields replaced by other glass companies. This was the quickest and the waiting room was by far better.
