“I wanted to wait to make sure it cured, like he said it would. I went in Saturday. He squeezed me in. Replaced my rear and back driver side tint. It was a perfect match. He did it quickly. He says that it’s not always that easy, so he doesn’t quote a time. I don’t think I was there more than an hour. From what I can tell, no damage to the rear defrost. He asked for a review, and I think he deserves this one. It cured great. Thanks for knocking it out!”

“Long story here but it all started with a cracked windshield of course and a mistake made. Reason for 5 stars is the unbelievable customer service experience I had. You don't see this now days. After my windshield was replaced I saw something strange to me inside the car. I called them, took pics and sent those. They took it from there. Called me explaining that a mistake was made and my windshield has to be reinstalled. They reordered everything immediately. Called me with updates. Explained all options and asked for my opinion to minimize any inconvenience on my part. When I brought the vehicle to their shop for the reinstall they were Amazing. I was updated every step of the process and they made sure I was comfortable while waiting. From the people working on my car, to the owner and ladies at the front desk everyone was so nice. I hope we never need to replace any windshields or other glass but if we do we will definitely use them again. Thank you!”

We never had to wonder what was happening because we received messages about our progress before we could ask. Workmanship was very good but it was the people that made this experience easy. “(I'm late writing this review !)I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair.Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip.Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !”

They stopped making Velosters years ago so I was very worried about parts and color matching. Becky is extremely sweet, personable, and kept me updated every step along the way. They even straightened out my license plate & re-attached accessories that I had dangling from the bumper. They did a great job & I would definitely return!”
