“I wanted to wait to make sure it cured, like he said it would. I went in Saturday. He squeezed me in. Replaced my rear and back driver side tint. It was a perfect match. He did it quickly. He says that it’s not always that easy, so he doesn’t quote a time. I don’t think I was there more than an hour. From what I can tell, no damage to the rear defrost. He asked for a review, and I think he deserves this one. It cured great. Thanks for knocking it out!”

“Long story here but it all started with a cracked windshield of course and a mistake made. Reason for 5 stars is the unbelievable customer service experience I had. You don't see this now days. After my windshield was replaced I saw something strange to me inside the car. I called them, took pics and sent those. They took it from there. Called me explaining that a mistake was made and my windshield has to be reinstalled. They reordered everything immediately. Called me with updates. Explained all options and asked for my opinion to minimize any inconvenience on my part. When I brought the vehicle to their shop for the reinstall they were Amazing. I was updated every step of the process and they made sure I was comfortable while waiting. From the people working on my car, to the owner and ladies at the front desk everyone was so nice. I hope we never need to replace any windshields or other glass but if we do we will definitely use them again. Thank you!”

“(I'm late writing this review !)I tee'd up my insurance claim and within 15 minutes, these guys phoned me to say they had my request and scheduled my repair.Justin arrived on time, did a great job explaining what was going on. I'm pretty chatty and super OCD about my car, so I had a lot of questions. When the new windshield was placed one (of 8) of the clips that held the trim pieces broke. My car is 9 years old and this is the third time my windshield has been replaced, so not surprised this clip broke. Instead of doing without one of the clips, Justin worked to find new clips. With none available quickly, he made plans to get the new clips and return the next day. I was impressed ... he could have just gone on and used one less clip, but instead he did the repair the right way, went out of his way to get new clips, even though it meant a return trip.Super job ... I recommend these guys and would use them again. Thanks Justin for a great repair !”

“September 2026, hit a steel pole in the office parking garage in my new GMC 2500 AT4. Immediately checked body shop reviews near me and Gerber had great reviews and pictures of damage similar to mine. I stopped by before even calling State Farm. I was greeted by Gabby & Taylor who could tell I was shaken up. Taylor took control and assured me I was in good hands. She photographed the damage and said when you call State Farm tell them Taylor at Gerber has the photos. I asked who would be working on my truck? Taylor said Cole is the best for this type repair and Jordan is amazing at the paint work. I felt relieved. 5 days later the parts came in and I dropped off the truck. Cole identified damage that even me and Taylor missed. 7 days later I got my truck back better than new. Taylor & Gabby kept me informed through the entire process, even when additional parts needed to be ordered. I was nervous, being my first accident in 38 years of driving and was hopeful I would be ok with the repairs. But I was truly blown away with the repair, absolutely blew my mind how amazing it looks. I could not find anything that would indicate it was ever damaged. I have already referred my friend. Thank You Gerber for your amazing work and for your amazing staff. If I or anyone I know ever know needs work you can bet I am sending them your way.”
