Satterfield's Automotive Repair Inc. is a shop that customers can trust, known for excellent service and honest, knowledgeable work. The mechanic is very knowledgeable, provides sound mechanical advice, and does not try to sell unnecessary services. He is honest, shows customers the parts he changes, and takes pride in his work. Repairs are completed efficiently, often in no time or within a couple of days, and are reasonably priced. The service includes comprehensive diagnostics and repair for issues such as fan relay switches, radiator leaks, batteries, brakes, air conditioning, vacuum leaks, gaskets, and various small fixes. The mechanic is dedicated to auto safety and customer care, treating clients as valued customers. He is easy to work with, wonderful to work with, and provides genuine care. In one notable case, he correctly diagnosed an old truck that another shop had misleadingly condemned, saving the vehicle and restoring it to running smoothly. He also demonstrates kindness, such as providing free rides home or to retrieve a vehicle. Customers highly recommend Satterfield's, stating they have found a shop they can trust and will continue to bring their cars there for expertise and honest work.
Chris took great care of my 02 MR2. Extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Also allowed me to ride along for the inspection, learned some things about my car. Prices are not bad. Chris will be my mechanic as long as I’m in Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

I drive an older model Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which was idling either too high or too low. Chris diagnosed the problem then went to work fixing it. This mechanic is the real deal. Honest work at a fair price.
