In person it's usually great. On the phone is another story. Either you get straight thru and get your questions answered or you spend an hour trying to get thru and have the system hang up on you 8 times and then have to wait til the next day to call because the pharmacy closed...

6/2/26 Edit: Absolutely became the best pharmacy that I have to use. 360* from what I’ve dealt with before! They do their due diligence on making sure I have my meds on time. Calling to update me on refills or issues that need addressing.
