The African American manager is very rude and unprofessional. She was very rude and insulting and claimed it was because I had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional behavior I don’t see how she was hired to be a manager.

The lady at the counter looked at me and confirmed twice she placed a new order for a debit card and cancelled my compromised card when in fact she had not. Walked in, asked to speak to a banker, banker had a very nasty attitude and body language. I will be changing banks as well as refinancing my car with a bank that has a better staff.
As someone who works in the customer service field, this is unacceptable.
