I recently came in to close my account here. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly, both the staff and even other clients. My experience was both smooth and efficient. Great place for all your banking needs

Overdrafts not eligible for Fee are still charged an OD fee deducted from my account even if account balance is negative Less than $50. See TD policy photo saying they won't charge. App doesn't tell u which OD fees go with which fees. That said, friendly branch staff.

Had a teller tell me I didn’t have money in my account for a transactions but another bank did it just fine! Wasted a lot of time on my Saturday and the way she made me feel about the whole thing was almost like she thought I was stealing out of my own account! Ridiculous
