Management is noted for being fair, with one resident highlighting it as the only place that won't nickel and dime you at move-out, resulting in a returned deposit. The complex itself provides nice amenities, including a great gym and pool, with the gym recently renovated. Apartments are clean and comfortable with good floor plans at great prices, though the units are described as serviceable rather than luxurious. The location is superior, with easy access to I-95, proximity to Riverside Park, Black Sheep restaurant, downtown shops, the river, and a string of helpful stores across the street. Views of the Jacksonville skyline are a perk. Security is a priority, requiring a fob for building access, which makes the complex feel safe. There is also plenty of guest parking. Some drawbacks include thin walls, occasional noise from neighbors or the street, very sensitive fire alarms, and noted issues with the local USPS mail carrier misplacing packages. Overall, residents find it a pretty great place to live, a safe bet, and highly recommend it, largely due to the outstanding management and the value received.
The BEST complex I’ve ever lived in. Great prices and floor plans, nice gym and pool too! The staff is also super nice. I absolutely love living here. 10/10 recommend!!!
