They've had a great reputation for many years for a reason. With the cost of film these days there's no way I'd send mine out with a pharmacy or something. Not worth the risk and some of them don't even send negatives back. Customer service has always been good. No complaints.

They were able to make a 24x30 picture for me from a simple screenshot. Before wasting money, & of course materials, they called me in for a sample print before a final print. Once approved, it took less than 48hrs for the final product, and it was amazing! Definitely recommend them and will be coming back.

Spoke w/ James about 35 mm and disposable cameras that need developing in a quick time frame. He was extremely helpful and they are willing to work with us to help get what we need. Not sure that we are going to need them as quickly but will definitely use them when the parent of the deceased is ready to part with the rolls... read full comment
