Place has fair prices and yes they are going to try to sell you stuff you may or may not need right now. I got a coolant flush for like 80 dollars and a patch in my tire for 30. You used to be able to get a patch in your tire in the early 2000s for 10 but due to inflation I gave them a break on that.
