“It started with Denise in the front office with my call, she was honest and upfront about the closest driver being 30 minutes out and sure enough that was the case, Shawn arrived made me get in his truck as to not get wet and he secured my truck and was a s professional as could be!!
Eddie the on duty mechanic who truly knew his stuff got my brakes back in order and up and running within the hour saving me lots of money!!
Melissa helped me out on the back end and she too was more than friendly and helpful by getting me cashed out while they were finishing up my truck!!

“I was in a really unique and stressful situation with my car while I out of the country. I didn't have good service and trying to arrange for my car to be towed from it's location to a tire shop was very challenging. Joy was THE BEST help. She was compassionate and knew exactly how to handle getting my car from a tight spot with the right tow truck. She even had it towed to her lot overnight to keep it safe until it's final destination the next morning. She went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed the rest of my vacation. “We had a difficult job. He took it and continued even though it didn’t go easily. We needed to pick the vehicle up and load it onto the deck of a flatbed semi trailer for transport. “Recommended by a friend and can't recommend this place enough. I took my car to a couple of dealerships in this city and neither of them bothered to show me in person what the issues were. They just told me a list of services that my 10 year old car needed. Probably because they have a lot of customers to serve, but you feel like they don't care about you as a client. I was getting fed up until my friend told me about this place. I spoke with Harry on the phone first about my car issues that were recommended, but ultimately his brother Sam helped me through by showing me what the issues were in my car. They offer a much better price than the dealerships too. I recommend this place because the staff are more personal and they actually explain everything they do and show you the end result. Thanks team and Sam!”

“Seriously, the BEST mechanics I've ever taken my semi-truck to. STEVE is the man!!!Best part.. The labor is only $110 an hour, and VERY FAST TURN OUT. I was quoted an estimate. After carefully diagnosing my truck, i was sent an estimate via text to sign and authorize work, which was $20 close to the original estimate. They had me back on the road in days, and it was a major job. After I picked up my truck, test drove it, I immediately sent other owner operators. I work with the name, address, and phone number for this shop. I'm never going anywhere else for repairs if I'm in Jacksonville.”
