Maybe I got lucky, but my experience was simply fantastic -- office called to confirm delivery 4d+ ahead of time, provide an estimated delivery window between 1p-5p, and the driver called day of delivery to reconfirm this delivery window and arrived perfectly inside of it! “I called and was greeted on the phone by Michelle. She was very accommodating she let me know the time when I can meet the driver to pick up my vehicle. I had something come up and I had to call back but she was very polite. We rescheduled for the next day and we met up with the driver Dutch at my job where my vehicle is located. He was a pleasure and chip of joy that we needed out of this horrible situation from having to have the car towed. He was very personable, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were both great!! And if I ever need a tow again or someone close to me needs a tow, I will not hesitate to call or let my people know who to call. Thanks again for all your help.
