During maintenance issues, residents have praised staff members like Dan, the maintenance man, who quickly and effectively fixes problems such as broken door locks and other repairs, demonstrating great service. The team also includes Ms. Denise and Donese, who have been praised for their helpfulness, patience, and excellent customer service. They are attentive and responsive, guiding new residents through the application and move-in process smoothly. Donese, in particular, was noted for keeping everyone informed and providing a positive experience. While residents generally enjoy their apartments and the community, some mention exterior and grounds issues. These include a lack of lighting at the entrance, a leaning and ungrounded light pole, overflowing dumpsters, and trash on the grounds, which need attention for safety and cleanliness. Although I haven’t always been the biggest fan Itself Nicole in the office has always been helpful with accommodating me to anything I needed to feel more comfortable and Has a inviting spirit very sweet very helpful. I recommend going to her whenever you have troubles in the apartment.
