Very easy to pick up truck rental without anyone being there. And check in was just as easy. . Thank-you for a easy transition.

Terrible experience, I should have went to an actual U-Haul location . Had to reschedule my day because the location was not there at the time of my pick up. Also the VAN HAD ROACHES IN IT now I have to sit my furniture out side and make sure all the roaches aren’t in it!
