Fantastic friendly service, parking lot does flood but well worth the wet shoes, and unlike a lot of U-Haul rentals I've used they do not overcharge or up charge, they are honest and fair with the charges, by far the best place, I've rented a truck from in Jacksonville, 10/10

Had excellent service and our equipment was fine. The gentleman Andy was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly, but just wish the equipment parking area was a little bit better. I understand that it's right by a boat ramp
and all, just wish it wasn't all muddy by the equipment. Overall a good experiene. 🙂

Andy was great. Needed to swap out some equipment because I did not need it. He took care of everything quickly. I would recommend this location for all of your self hauling needs.
