About U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers friendly and honest service, with fair charges and no overcharging. Customers appreciate the thorough explanations and helpful staff, especially Andy. The location can be busy and the parking lot floods, which may result in muddy conditions near the equipment. Some experience waits and issues with billing, such as charges despite returning the truck with full gas. Overall, it is considered a good place for renting trucks, with many noting it as the best in Jacksonville.
