My reservation was messed up...had to change location of pickup when I arrived. Drop off procedures a bit confusing. The lot where I dropped the truck was virtually a mud pit (not paved) due to rain.

The U-Haul rep was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We even brought her donuts the next day because she was to nice to us.
