Had to go to this place to get my fingerprints for school. Staff member behind the counter, was exceptionally rude to me for no reason at all. Either They were having a horrible day and decided to take it out on me or maybe didn’t like my demographics. Will never return to this place. Will be letting FSCJ know about the kind of treatment they provide certain people here and in the future to not send other students to this location whatsoever!!

That i love ups stores because very fast moving right when you go in there is no line maybe two people in front of you other than that there is none they get you in and out depending on what you have to drop off or fax

I am changing my prior two star review (below) to a five star because the manager of the store called me to say they had addressed the issue I raised about Amazon returns. He also thanked me for taking the time to raise the issue that helped his team improve their customer service. Great job!
Amazon directed me to this store to return a printer. I repacked it in the box it came in and brought it to this store. The clerk refused to take the box unless I purchased another box to place it in. When I went over the details on the return from Amazon she held her position without explanation other than it is store policy. Have been coming here for over 10 years and always satisfied until today. The next day I took the package to the UPS store in Jacksonville Beach where they accepted the package no problem.

I have not received bad service form this store since I've been coming in and it's been mostly fast service, I have no complaints about the Hogan store.

Miracle was a huge help, I was expecting there to be a big fuss when I forgot to add one of the return items into a box but she handled it so well, the best customer service I’ve had in a while!
