I have visited this location many times over the years, for everything from finger printing to just needing a PDF printed out and other services in between. The gentleman at the counter has always been both thorough and courteous. I continue to go here for any of my UPS needs that arise in downtown Jax. ✌?

I used this location as my NUMBER ONE mailing address for many years because I needed all my mail to be secure d from theft. The staff was always friendly courteous and professional. Once the owners daughter delivered some packages at my residence to save me a trip, and brought it to me at my front door, as I had just returned home from the hospital. That is what I call going the extra mile for a valued customer!

I went in to get fingerprinted today and I was helped by LaQuita. She was awesome. She helped me even though my appointment hadn’t been set up properly in their system by FieldPrint. She got me in and out quickly without any hassle. Also her being really pretty didn’t hurt at all??

The manager in this store is rude and needs to polish up on customer service. I have an appointment to get fingerprints done, paid online, was given a qr code online for them to look me up. As soon as I walked in I said hi I'm here for fingerprints.The manager with a serious attitude says well do you have the email with the numbers so we can look you up. I said no I was given a qr code, she says you have to have the email or we can't look you up....okayyyyy let me see, as I'm frantic looking through my phone another associate asks me who I used, I responded field print, oh she says well in that case we don't need the numbers , only two forms of i.d. , no problem I had all that with me.But I do not appreciate being talked to like I'm an unruly child, even my 15 yr old daughter was astounded by the tone she took with me, for no reason . The black woman associate who stepped in and took over as she saw i was visbly upset was great, I'm sorry you have to work with that older white lady if she is that rude to me I can't imagine what its like working with her. The black woman who helped me thank you , you are an excellent example of great customer customer service. The other lady needs a new job.

On 10/24/22., I go to this UPS store at 4pm and a young guy was locking up the store and told us they was closing due to the owner had surgery., so ok no worries. Go back the next day same time same young guy locking up the store but this time he’s inside with 3 people helping them at the computer. The store hours says they are open to 6-6:30pm so how is it that you lock up the store to give special service to someone using the computer. If the new hours are closing at 4pm then the store hours need to be adjusted to valuable customers can make other plans to go and UPS which is more organized about business hours.

In 2022 your employees are telling people to wear a mask when they themselves are not wearing a mask I had to walk three blocks back to my car to get a mask to come back and take a picture where I had to take my mask off.

You need a mask to enter the store. Now I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with, is they don’t have any available for customers. With downtown parking being such an issue, that they would suggest that you get back in your car, drive to the public library to ask for one is ridiculous. Especially when it takes an act of God to find a parking space within walking distance of the store. Staff is friendly and professional. Owners get a box of masks. It’s ridiculous that you don’t have them.

Very friendly staff! Quick service and easy to find. I had to leave off one star because the street was busy and I had to circle around to find metered parking.

Went in for fingerprinting services and I almost didn't get them done because the guy behind the counter said that the cutoff time had passed but he did it anyway. Thanks!!!

Sent a priority mail international it’s supposed to be there already and they never sent it and gave me a fake tracking number. They basically stole my money and claimed it’s sent and can’t do anything

Great place no long lines when I went and the gentleman working the store was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
