The older gentleman that helped me was incredibly kind and helpful! He was worth every bit of five stars for his service. The woman who tried to insert herself in the transaction process was incredibly rude and hateful for absolutely no reason.
I walked into the store with my items in a bag knowing I needed to purchase a box or shipping envelope when the gentleman told me he could help me, I then tell him I needed a box and he says he’s got one. I approach the counter, ready to purchase said box when he says he’s got my proof of drop off and then I’m good to go. I thanked him kindly and then the woman proceeds to tell me next time I need to be sure I have a box that next time I may not be so lucky. I kindly told her I came prepared to purchase a box and her comment was incredibly rude. Meanwhile, the super kind gentleman was saying it was fine that they had a box. She then aggressively says bye as if to rush me out of the door. The man deserves a raise simply for having to work with her.

Just the nicest people. I watched them help someone who was having a hard time with an Amazon return, and they went above and beyond – boxing everything up and patiently helping him figure out the shipment. You just don’t see that level of customer service anymore. Truly impressed today. 5 stars!!!

The main manager guy that is older and has a buzz cut seems like a cool guy, I forgot to pay for shipping one time and walked out and he ended up using recycled materials to pack my box, however I still went back in and paid for the shipping material regardless. But it's nice that they didn't stop my product from going through because of that mistake. If you're shipping a product to somebody make sure you have your QR code presented first and make sure you pay for the shipping materials they use. They seem really busy and flustered so try to come prepared.

Super incompetent!
5/9/25 I wanted to ship a document UPS to be received by the recipient the quickest way. It is expensive as explained by the older man working in the store$156.00. His suggestion is USPS $79.00 and he said this will get there at the same time for less. And, of course, I said yes because that made sense. Now it’s 5/12/25 and the document has not been delivered- the UPPS site with tracking states the label is made and that’s it. I called USPS, no resolve, and called the UPS store and the same man talked to me and I explained what is happening and he was so unhelpful and pointed blame at the post office- and to wrap it up tone is not my problem, deal with the post office. He said this is a problem the post office seems to have and I explained then he should not offer that service as if it’s equivalent to shipping UPS or advise if the issue. Obviously, the caliber of competence my feedback was not heard. Please beware and find another store to work with.

Employee named John, tall and skinny older man was extremely rude, snappy, un helpful, most disgusting experience I have had at any place, this guy makes the employees at the dmv look like role models. This person needs to be reprimanded, no customer ever deserves to be treated that way.

This was my first time returning something. The Gentleman was very polite, very knowledgeable and was less then 30 seconds.
Never thought i would be in and out that fast with Poland respectful!!!
Definitely highly recommend this store!!
That guy should get a raise 🙌 👏 👌 🙏

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - I have been using this location for many years. This last visit couldn’t print what I needed due to issue with my phone - was ever so grateful the tall gentleman that works in the store — suggested I try the library— and I did — was able learn how to use computer and printer at library for my tax documents - had he not shared that resource with me I would of missed my free tax appt and left scrambling for another option. Thank you for your exceptional service .

Jesus H Christ. I've met some lazy staff in my days, but this might get the #1 sloth award! If the sloths from Zootopia stopped working at the DMV this would be the place they would go to work.
Literally had a package shipped from here, that then got sent back to this store. Sent to get it to attempt a resend, but because there was a line and it was my turn in line they couldn't be bothered to go in the back and find it. I was given the option of waiting till the line gone and they weren't busy... Seriously WHAT THE HELL?!
