Donna is the GOAT!! Give the woman a raise, a new car and a suitcase full of money. I refuse to go to any other post offices in JAX because this is the only one where I actually leave with a smile. Thank you miss Donna!

The workers are super sweet. They just don't have the man power to be open on Saturdays like other locations, which makes things inconvenient for people who work during the hours they are open.
