She spent a lot of time trying to figure out the issues and solutions to resolve the issues. She was very polite and calm. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I think she really deserves credits. USPS deserves credits as well for providing such great service!”

“Wow, not sure what other folk are experiencing, but I had a great experience. I had an odd problem, and had to wait in line for a few minutes while the person helped an elderly couple. She was incredibly kind and patient, and made sure they understood what was going on ands wrote down her name and number if there were any other problems. She was just as efficient, friendly, and competent with my issue.My only problem with this part office is that the only entrance has a 'do not enter' the other way, and the only exit also has a 'do not enter' sign. Technically, you can never leave.”

“The Postal Service employees know their job. It's the customers who are the problem. There were 8 people on line ahead of me today, and only 1 had her item properly prepared for mailing. She sailed through, as did I. One customer couldn't understand why he couldn't mail an unsecured folder of loose papers. Another insisted loudly that his use of black electrical tape was just fine. If customers would simply follow the clearly posted rules, there wouldn't be the frustrating delays they themselves cause. I was just amazed at the patience of the Postal employees. They deserve tremendous credit for keeping calm in the face of incompetent, disrespectful, and even belligerent customers. I wouldn't be able to last a day in that job.”
