They don't know how to deliver packages on time gets deliver days and some case week later. I'm going to stop buying products that use them for shipping I'm done with the USPS. You guys hire the most incompetent lazy people I can get a oil change on my car faster then going in and out of the post office.

Had 30k in money orders sent to me in the mail 3 times and never received any of them. The last time it was sent Priority express and didn’t receive that one either 😡

The only reliable hardworking mail delivery person there is is Ana! If you come to the north side expect missing packages with no resolution whatsoever! They email you investigating the issues then you never hear back. 5/6th missing package already this dang year!

Always is an issue there. Never have boxes flat rate at the lobby/outside for people who work until late. It close early even is not the time.

This office is supposed to deliver mail to my community, they have not been delivering since Dec 2024. I inquired about it and they said they have new keys for the route but thw keys are not labeled and it would take too much effort for them to figure out which key is which...so my community has to come to the office where there is usually only one person to attend the line. VERY DISSAPOINTING. TAX PAYERS DOLLARS AT WORK

I am extremely frustrated with the service at this post office. We live in a newly developed subdivision, and the mailboxes still haven’t been set up. As a result, we are forced to go to the post office to pick up our mail. But that’s where the problems begin.
Despite receiving notifications through informed delivery that mail is waiting for us, the staff will often tell us that they do not have anything for us. When we try to show them proof, they just brush us off with attitude and insist there’s nothing they can do. It’s incredibly frustrating.
And it gets worse when it comes to packages. The post office will frequently mark packages as “undeliverable due to access issues”, even though there is nothing blocking the delivery. In fact, other delivery services like Amazon and FedEx have NO problem delivering to our house. The issue only seems to arise with the postal service.
When we try to retrieve a package, they often claim that the mail carrier “accidentally” dropped it off at the wrong address. It doesn’t seem like there’s any urgency to fix the issue.
Additionally contact the post office is a joke. No one answers the phone, and when you reach customer service, they couldn’t care less about your problem. It’s basically a “too bad, so sad” like attitude.
It’s beyond frustrating to see so many other reviews echoing similar experiences. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and something needs to be done. I would highly recommend avoiding this post office if possible.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to!!! The staff behind the counter is very rude. They don't want to go out there way to help you or explain things to you. They cut you off mid conversation and speak to you very nasty! They get paid to do a job that they cannot fulfill and also tell customers that they don't offer certain services when in fact they do. If you don't like your job, stay at home. No need to be nasty with people who are paying for your services. I'm very disgusted to say theleast. This place deserves zero stars. I visited 3/14/25 at 11:50 am.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They will mark your packages “unable to deliver, business closed” and they haven’t even left the facility yet. There needs to be an investigation done at this place because it’s ridiculous we can get our business mail, sometimes we don’t even get mail for 2-3 days and then we go out to a mailbox packed full.

Very poor management of this location. They never have enough people behind the counter. The system is down many times each month which means the inside is closed and you have to drive to another location. I’m trying to run a business and need the items I bring in actually scanned by a worker and printed out a receipt. I can’t just drop off my packages and hope they scan them eventually. This is the closest post office to me, which still takes me 15 mins or so to get to. The other ones are at least 25-30 mins from me. So if you factor in drive time to get there, then to find out they aren’t open to service you, then drive to another post office, then waiting in line time, and then drive time back, that’s a lot of waisted time and really screws up my day. These constant issues this post office has ridiculous and needs to be addressed ASAP. Get your act together! Fix the internet or whatever it is that keeps causing this issue and hire more people!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will say that the counter staff have nothing to do with these issues and I feel empathy towards them. I really like Willie, Ron- when he does make his appearance at the front counter, Crystal- haven’t seen her lately, and the other girl at the end. Sorry I forgot her name but she’s phenomenal!!! The post office also needs to make sure the entrance trash is taken care of. Many times I’ve shown up and the trash cans are overflowing and it’s disgusting. Enough is enough. This has gone on long enough for them to figure out some solutions.
