dropped off 5 letters to be shipped out and not a single one of them has had the tracking update and have not delivered (to my customers!), extremely upset as I have never had a bad USPS experience until having to deal with this location:(

This place if you want to call it a place is the worst of the worst.. if I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. The guy who works at the left side of the counter is just pathetic. Angry all the time, sassy, rude and down right unprofessional
