“I need a pillow for my bum bum this chair is hard as hell I need circulation 🤣💀yeah ya'll have nice pillows that are affordable and cute 🤓 yeah because I had to sit on this hard chair for 2 hours for my phone to charge because this place has rare outlets 💀🤣and I broke one from pulling so much just for comfort ♉💀 so now I had to tape that one up and use this one by sitting for eternity I'm using my jacket for comfort on this chair until I get a pillow”

“Oh my goodness! Went to yoga class early, walked in and realized left mat @ home. No time to drive back. Stopped @ another store nearby - nothing yoga. Stopped here and was wonderfully attended by two staff members who both greeted me professionally as I entered the store which made me feel comfortable asking for help. The young man walked me right to the yoga stuff in the store and was able reach high to grab me what appeared to be the very last foldable mat (it can be used as a long block as well!) in the store. I had not been here in years and was caught off guard by the only way to check out being self check out but the young lady that greeted me on entry helped guide me while making me feel confident and comfortable with the self check out system. And ... I made it to class in time! Beyond the obvious: finding what I sought for $16.13 total .... the customer service I experienced from this store today at 4:41 pm was remarkable. These young staff members made their bosses look good today. Well done Five Below. I will be back!”

“I have shopped at this Five Below location since it has first opened many years ago and today I was confronted by a worker upfront because I accidentally put an item in a bag without scanning it and I had 2 items that were the same price and I was going to put the other item back because they were both $5.38 cents and I did call customer service about the situation and now the district manager is involved in it and my whole story got twisted while I was talking to the customer service representative and she literally said so you walked out of the store with both items I said no I scanned the other item because it was the same price and I didn't realize I didn't scan the first item and I don't want to be thrown out of this location I'm a good customer and of you do decided to ban me from the store it's fine with me I will shop online or just have my mom or friend go shop in their for me from now on! I'm not a theif I want this to be known! I don't want this to happen to anyone else either because some people do this all the time sometimes you forget you have the item in you're hand and your forgot to scan it”

“I always forget about this five below and I needed a specific item and I called up to the store and when I tell you Taylor, the CM went above and beyond to help me try to get the item that I wanted, and even though they didn’t have it available in the store, her helpfulness and thoughtfulness and going above and beyond was just what I needed And let me know that customer service isn’t dead after all thank you so much for all your help Taylor keep up the good work and I hope that you’re higher-ups recognizes what you bring to your company”
