I went to this store to get the iPhone 16 Pro Max and I went to Jasper. He is very nice, and very detailed on everything you should know about the device you want. I previously had problems with getting the 16 pro max until I went to Jasper, and I was able to finally get it. He made jokes with us, and made me and my mom feel very welcome, and comfortable. Not only did I get the phone that I wanted, but my mom got the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. My nephew also got the google pixel 9. We initially wanted only one phone but we left out with 3. I was very happy, and excited to finally get the phone. I paid way less than I would have anywhere else. We are all very happy with our new phones. And it’s all thanks to Jasper.

I ONLY HAVE 1 REGRET ABOUT COMING TO THIS VERIZON LOCATION ON ROOSEVELT.....!!! I AM SO SO MAD!!
How could me and my family forget to take a picture on the happiest moment of my day with Jasper. Ugh! Jasper you definitely are the man. Besides having excellent knowledge about not only my Samsung Ultra 24, my daughter's IPhone 16 Pro Max, and my grandson's Google Pixel 9, you are a dear sweetheart. You were so kind , patient and too funny. I laffed more that day and had a ball while waiting for everything to be finalized for my family. Crazy thing is I took my daughter for her to get her long awaited IPhone, but ended up getting me and my grandson our beautiful phones as well. I had no intention of buying a phone. But the deal he presented to me was a jailbreak that I couldn't refuse. He's very good at his job. It's been 2 days now and we our loving our phones. I've learned it's waaay better to go into a Verizon location than doing it over the phone. But, from my personal experience at this particular location, I'd prefer to go to the one on Roosevelt than any other, because I know you will not only get a good deal with Jasper, but definitely have more than a few laffs with someone that cares about ur pockets, concerns and down right experience of getting that phone or upgrade that you desire or just plain need. Don't get me wrong, the Verizon staff as a whole was also pleasant. You definitely won't get the feeling as if ur being ignored. Just the opposite. It's as if ur the only customer in the store because every customer is treated with respect a person. Go see Jasper guys. I promise you, you won't regret it. One happy lady, daughter and grandson....Heeeeeeeeeey!!

Brandon was a great help with me today he greeted me awesome customer service and helped me get my new phone , he did force me into a Samsung or Apple phone but stayed with my comfort zone and got me a Motorola edge , I recommend Brandon and this store,a+!

Brandon Esteves was such a great gentleman, came in early in the morning and was able to get security apps on my phone and also aside from that he also help me pay bill in a quick manner , I recommend Brandon esteves for customer service, a+ service and a nice person as well.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with very friendly and caring customer service by Amiracle. She has beautiful smile !! And I must say...
that goes along way with me.She managed my transfer of celluar services very quickly, and she displayed excellent mannerism and respect to me ....her work peers and other customers that entered the store.
She successfully got me a new phone..that i desired and services better than what I had with AT&T. She knows her job very well. I was impressed. Good job Amiracle!! I will tell everyone I know about Verizon .
