This is not Verizon corporate store. It’s 3rd party owned, therefore you will not resolve your phone technical issues here. If you are willing to pay for their services they will help you, otherwise don’t waste your time. I don’t blame employees working there ( good people) . Owner of the store needs to review his customer support procedures or take that huge Verizon sign off from the building.

SIM stopped working so came in to get a new one. Gave me this run around about e-sim and they had sim cards but would not issue me one. told me to go to Corp store on beach and hodges. Went there and they just gave me a new sim card. How hard was that? not a real Verizon store and awful customer service. Tired of these sorry stores not helping me and had me go out my way for another hour and half.

Unfortunately, not the best experience. I took my trade-in phone to the store like I was told to do and the gentleman that was working there didn’t want to help me. He said that I needed to go to another Verizon store.
There wasn’t anybody else in the store! It was literally just me and him and it was so overwhelming how much he did not want to help. Visit was 10/28/24.
I guess I’ll just stick with the Verizon store on third Street.

I was at this location waiting for more than 30 minutes as there was only one person in the store. There were a few more people and they had to wait even longer. This is unnecessary in the store there should be around 3 people so customers should not wait this amount of time

LaTron was fantastic. His follow up and patience made the transaction smooth and efficient. LaTron was very knowledgeable and informative about the process and finances associated with my plan. I recommend and will use LaTron for all things Verizon related.

Have tried to call the store about a pickup order but the number listed directs you to Verizon's 1-800 customer service number. If i wanted Verizon customer service i would call them!
Updated my one star to a three star because the people in the store are nice and very helpful but it's very frustrating that i had to go into the store to get an answer that would have taken 2 seconds on the phone.

Over the last several weeks both my spouse and I experienced phone issues and Shaun at our local Verizon store has been absolutely awesome. We will continue to do business with this location because of the great service and the staff.
