Went in on Friday and big Verizon messed up and had to wait until Sunday to get new phone. Went in on Sunday had same problem but the team went above and beyond to make sure I left with my new phone which I did.

The whole staff at this location are a 10/10! Sade helped me with my new upgrade but everyone was super collaborative and friendly. It was a busy day but they made sure everyone was being taken care of and kept great energy. Highly recommend this location! Awesome team!
