Came in because my Jlab earbuds weren't charging, not even the case itself charged. I only had them 24 hours, but I was taken care of immediately after speaking to a sales rep. Amazing feeling when the new set started working 💪

I accidentally washed my cell phone caring for dying dad. I rushed to store to get replacement /new because I didn’t want to leave dad side side. . Wesley showed empathy, working professional and diligently to get me going. He even made me smile in mist of wanting to cry. Thank you Wesley for be my angel. God knew I needed your help.

Franky knows his product extremely well and he provides great customer service. I was very impressed with his manners, level of kindness in dealing with an elderly veteran client.

Verizon is extremely high. These representatives will do and say anything they can to get a sell. You can go in with a complaint about your service and leave thinking your problems are solved until you see your monthly bill. Then, at this point, there's nothing anyone can do to help, so you're stuck with an increase on your bill monthly. They will make all kinds of promises that they will do everything they can to help and never do. The only thing that's promised is your high monthly bill every month.

I was told my phone may not work if I am too close to a cell phone tower. REALLY! 🥺 Was informed they could help me if I chose to go to the next expensive plan up. Looks like I need to find a carrier that doesn't lie to me and is willing to help me with out going to a more expensive plan!

Good corporate store to go to. Not the sales person's fault but they do need more help, we waited over an hour. The free iPhone is sort of a gimmick if you have a phone they want to upgrade you.
I will never go to any other Verizon store but a corporate store, the other ones seem to pull people off the street with little knowledge.

I was greeted, I only needed to use the payment kiosk that's hidden, but it's on the same wall it's always been. It would have been cool if they at least asked if I wanted to check if I was eligible for an upgrade, and wanted to let me know of any deals that may have been available on my acct. I've been with Verizon for 14 years. Maybe next time.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I would not recommend going to this store because the EMPLOYEES LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!! I will take my business somewhere else where they VAULE THEIR CUSTOMERS! ??
