Came in because my Jlab earbuds weren't charging, not even the case itself charged. I only had them 24 hours, but I was taken care of immediately after speaking to a sales rep. Amazing feeling when the new set started working 💪

I accidentally washed my cell phone caring for dying dad. I rushed to store to get replacement /new because I didn’t want to leave dad side side. .
