Brandon did a great job with helping me today with getting a phone , he didn't force me with an apple or galaxy he stuck with my comfort zone and got me a Motorola edge ! Very happy and recommend Brandon and this store! A+

Brandon esteves was a good help today aside from good customer service from start , I explained to him about my issues with my Bluetooth with music and thankfully he said let's go outside and take a look, a minute in Brandon fixed it for me, a+ service and I recommend Brandon.

First and foremost, I have been told to come to this store and get all my bill issues resolved. I didn’t know if I want to come here since I had a bad experience with other Verizon Stores.
I lost my phone and upgraded my phone and my bill just skyrocketed. I was looking for someone who can fix it and find the right solution for my problem.
Pinky then greeted me with a smile and she keep herself busy to resolve my problems quickly and effectively. I can finally say that I’m very grateful for her.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon, all thanks to Jasper! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I was looking to buy a new iPhone SE, and he made the entire process incredibly smooth. He took the time to explain all my options, answered every question I had with patience, and never made me feel rushed.
Not only did Jasper help me choose the right phone, but he also went above and beyond by setting up my new account and making sure everything was working perfectly before I left. He even walked me through some key features and settings to make the transition easier.
It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but Jasper truly went the extra mile. If you’re visiting Verizon, I highly recommend asking for him—he’s the best!

Noel was absolutely spectacular! Seamlessly transferring iPhones, applying screen protectors and answering a million stupid questions by yours truly.
