The pharmacy over here takes sooooo long. Doesn’t matter what time you go thru, they need to hire more help or train the ones there to manage their time better. I have never gone thru here & gotten in & out in less than 20 mins

Shanice at the photo dept was EXTREMELY professional and helped me through my photo needs. She was dealing with a couple of RUDE OLDER people and she kept her composure. And I commend her for that. She was not rude she was very professional and nice to them. Which she didn’t have to be bc I would’ve gone off. And she deserved to be recognized! Just wanted to say that.

This is the worst walgreens Ive ever been to. It's the closest one to my house but Im done with it. Theres another one 2 miles down, just go there instead and save your time.
They never have what you're looking for and the staff is not helpful. Photo machine doesnt work, passport camera doesnt work, and if the website says they have something in stock but its not on the shelf, they will not go find it.

they NEVER and when I mean NEVER … NEVERRRRRRR HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS DONE ON TIME! they’ll send out a text stating you can come pick it up but it’s NEVER DONE! and they always have a poor excuse as to why it not! I’m tired of telling my sick family member that we are still waiting on her medication! GET A NEW STAFF FOR THE PHARMACY! ppl with a sense of urgency and empathy!

The worst Walgreen in existence of Walgreens I don’t understand why this place is still there and Why it’s operating. the pharmacy department is unprofessional. talk about professionalism driving up to the drive-through and seeing just a blank black screen you’re not even seeing who you’re talking to, and when they do come to the window, it takes them about 30 minutes, so what kind of service is that. you need to close this place down if you don’t know how to provide customer service. A bunch of unprofessional people work here with no service desire…shut down ur stores Walgreens bcuz u suck . I would never recommend this stupid pharmacy to a single soul

I’ve had a consistently great experience with this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with health essentials.

Hire more people in the pharmacy there is always a long wait either if you go in or the drive thru. Your company brings in a lot stop being cheap.

Very bad customer service! Called they said my prescriptions was ready left work get to the drive threw tell the lady my name she brings me 1 prescription o told her there was 2 she told me to bad it's her lunch time and rudely puts a big sign in the window as I'm still talking to her.. I will not be doing any more bussiness with this location..

I completely understand what other customers are saying about how rude the pharmacy staff is. They simply do not care. Miguel was the most unprofessional and inconsiderate. I quickly transferred my mom's prescriptions to a kinder pharmacy. Please think twice about using this pharmacy.

Had to wait OVER 24 hours AFTER my oral surgery to get my Prescription! The people who answered the phone were very RUDE! Even the Pharmacist was rude. Don’t recommend them at all!!!!

Walgreens have great customer service in the pharmacy and front counter customer service. I had mix up with the insurance and Walgreens was much cheaper than CVS. VERY AFFORDABLE.
