Pharmacy is useless, they are always messing up orders. And will literally have you on hold for 10 minutes just to hang up on you at the end. It’s absolutely crazy how incompetent they are!

My original pharmacy was at Winn Dixie but because they got bought out, my prescriptions got switch to here. I had no issues getting my prescriptions even thought everytime I went their customer service was terrible. Today was 10x worse. I had an appointment today that required me to bring in a prescription that I needed to pick up. I called ahead and was assured that at 11:30 today they would have it done. I initially had 2 prescriptions to refill but got a call an hour later that one of them was out of stock.Get this, I go into the pharmacy at 11:32am to pick up my medication that I needed for my appointment (medicine 1). When I arrived the guy told me that the other medication ( medicine 2) I needed was in stock and whoever was doing the callbacks and inventory didn’t look on the shelf and marked it as out of stock. He told me it would only be a couple of minutes. Cool, I waited still wondering about the other prescription that I needed for my appointment. After a few minutes, he gives me medication 2 and told me to have a good day. I looked at the guy taking care of me and told him that I had one ore prescription and he looked at me confused. He looked in the system and told me it was put back so they had to redo the process. The process I started this morning and was told at 11:30 would be ready. I have an appointment at 1pm. He went to his pharmacist and she told him that it would be after she refilled 37 other orders. Cool, I asked how long that’ll be and she said “when she’s done” and then proceeded to answer a phone call on her personal phone and not work. I looked at the guy and said “when she’s done with that can you get an estimated time, I have an appointment at 1pm for this prescription and I was told at 11:30 it would be ready”. He waited and asked and then the lady said “it’ll be done when it later done”. That’s when I got heated, I asked the lady again who wasn’t doing anything at this point but staring at a screen, and she said “I’m not arguing with you, you didn’t come in to pick up the prescription so we put it back I now have 40 other orders to refill before yours go sit down and wait”. Excuse me?!? I respectfully told the guy to put me on the phone call list because I was not going to wait around and continue to watch this lady do nothing and argue with me.I don’t understand how I ended up leaving with a prescription they had “out of stock” but had to wait for a prescription that I was there to pick up only 2 minutes late.The experience with that lady alone was awful, she was rude and not considerate, now because of this fiasco I have to reschedule my appointments around. I did my due diligence and was only 2 minutes late, I can’t imagine that writhin that 2 minutes, they grabbed my prescription off the shelf and put it back. The gentleman that helped me did the best he could but didn’t want to fit back with her either.The past times I’ve been here wasn’t pleasant but it was never displayed in a manner that I had received today. I will be calling my doctor to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy because that was the last straw.

The pharmacist at this location is the worst I've ever dealt with. After speaking with her on the phone, my doctor advised me not to deal with this Walgreens. She insisted that the pharmacy employees at this store are "stupid, incompetent, and unprofessional". Sometimes you run into a person who is so bad at their job that it brings everyone else in the team down, that's this pharmacist.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Would never recommend to anyone. Zero desire to provide assistance especially via telephone. Steer clear of this location.

Literally WORST pharmacy around here. How do you have 3 people behind a counter(not counting pharmacist.) and still take 20+ minutes to not even make it through 3 people. Never answers the phones. Always hanging up on people. List goes on, rudeness and unprofessional are the top 2 description words for this places and their employees.

The pharmacy staff are rude, do not know how to speak to people without attitudes and NEVER have medications available. They don't just speak to customers with disdain, but also physician offices who call to get information! I'm only sorry that to leave a review, it requires 1 star because this place doesn't deserve 1 star!

T is Horrible3/7/24: terrible Pharmacy Out right Terrible. My meds was Called in by my doctor Twice 3/6/24@ 4pm and 6 pm and the lady on the phone said We check messages when we can. Called in the next day at 9 am and they still haven't checked the messages nor filled my prescription.pharmacy employees have VERY BAD ATTITUDES. Head pharmacy Lady Curly Hair Looks to be Ethiopian or some Sort very bad attitude. Line is Always long and the Employees have no senses of urgency.This Walgreens is poorly managed.The Pharmacy is Desicble.I recommend using Winn Dixie Across the street.

It's always empty, they never have products and on top of that they do not provide good customer service, to pickup a prescription is always a big line because they only have 1 tech to take care of people inside of the store and the drive thru. Young lady in pharmacy with hot pink hair was very unprofessional and rude. Felt bad for the lady who had just started her shift and working the window, she was frustrated and rightfully so.

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I encountered during my recent visit to Walgreens, specifically in relation to the service provided by one of the pharmacy technicians, the African Americangirl with pink braids and tattoos.Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during this interaction. Beyond the usual challenges one might face, I found her to have an exceedingly poor attitude, which significantly impacted my overall experience.She's rude, and unprofessional. She doesn't want to work, and it shows.I believe in the importance of offering constructive feedback to improve services, and I sincerely hope that this matter can be addressed promptly. I understand that everyone has challenging days, but the consistently negative attitude I observed was particularly disheartening.As a loyal customer of Walgreens, I value the service provided, and I believe that addressing concerns like these contributes to maintaining the high standards I have come to expect from your establishment.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing about the steps taken to ensure an improved customer experience in the future.
