Don’t even try to call this pharmacy it’s a waste of time and energy, also when you pick up a prescription they rather have you stand there when they are on the phone instead of asking that person to hold while they take care of the person standing in front of them I just don’t get

The pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever used. They constantly hang up while you’re on hold, and lie about having your prescription in stock through the texting updates so when you go to pick it up, they say they don’t have it. They’re lazy and slow. Go somewhere else.

They move really slow when you are picking up scripts, the staff is cold and unpleasant. I am not a fan of providing my personal information aloud like my address and phone number. They never have my prescription in stock. Standing monthly prescription and they never have it on hand. It's a common script too it's not like it's a special order. I'm switching this is just terrible and cvs is 1 block over.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacy manager is rude and after repeating myself several times to transfer the prescription to the nearest pharmacy at my Airbnb, she acted with willful incompetence by not at least reaching out to the other pharmacy location. It’s more of also how she handled the request.

Whenever I call for my prescription I’m an on hold for over an hour then the call drops. This is extremely frustrating, as it has happened every single time that I have called. I’m writing this on hold for 30 minutes. Every now again someone will pick up and either say “hold on” put me back on hold or they will simply pick up and put the call back on hold. This is my first and last time getting a prescription filled here!

The Pharmacy lacks complete customer service skills. When I call I get a “hold for a moment “. There’s no hello, thank you for calling, my name is! Then when you’re off hold you don’t know who you’re talking to there’s no thank you goodbye. Even the body language through drive thru it’s horrible. Common courtesy people skills is absent. To think people get their medicine from places like this is disturbing. To know such a big corporation hires individuals with no social skills speaks volume.

I came in for a pickup order and was already in pain. The employee that “assisted” me was very rude and I felt rush. As a customer I shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. Please do better.
