Just kind of upset, went in to get some boots. I walk in and all the employees just walk into the back. Stood in front of the cleats and waited for someone to help me, still nothing. Walked around and asked for help, was ignored. confused cause there were 4 people up front than zero, no one said hello as I walked in any greeting. Good selection though, I’ll just order online.

My sons and I went in for cleats and gloves this week and the service we got was great. Nick helped us out and he was incredibly patient as my son's tried out cleats and made up their minds on what they wanted. When it came time for gloves Nick was very insightful with his recommendations and again very patient while my son tried them on and tested them out. Thank you, Nick!

Horrible customer service. Ordered kit in July and went to pick it up in August. All of the items were available except one shirt which they told us would be ready for pickup in 2 days. Drove back a week later and they said that the item had been shipped to us because it hadn't been picked up in 1 month, which was not true.They said 'I'm not sure why they told you the shirt wasn't ready when you came in to pick it up the first time.' No apology and the employee didn't take any ownership of the mistake that WeGotSoccer made.

The fact that merchandise does not have pricing is annoying. ALSO when merchandized ordered, customers never given heads up it has arrived. This shop has a monopoly on league uniforms, yet management behavior shows little social gratitude towards customers. Employees are always very polite.

Horrible customer service and response times. Paid extra shipping for items to arrive quickly and was assured by customer service they could meet deadline and they didn’t. They didn’t even care I paid added shipping for something that didn’t arrive on time due to their lack of awareness, and on top of it, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Will never use again.

Worst customer service ever! Trying to return expensive cleats from across the country. My return was denied because the box was damaged and taped!

Horrific! Once you order your expensive uniform kit and you receive the order with the sizes that you did not order. Then you login to check what sizes your ordered, magically your not able to access it anymore and you will be told that is what you ordered. UNLESS, you take a screen shot during selection. EITHER WAY, you have to place an additional order and hope what you get will FIT.

Walked in to get some numbers put on a few keeper jerseys and walked right out with my newly marked jerseys in 5 minutes! The staff is super helpful and quick to satisfy your request! Pricing was great too! Come to we got soccer to get all your soccer needs!
