Don't come hear run!! I left vystar because I thought they were bad!!! No these people have had me sign papers! 2 times!! Olga!!! Or someone Was not doing their job, It all started on the branch on normandy!! So because there mess ups!!! They shut down your cards!! No excess to gas money, food!! What do you tell you're 12yr that likes mcdonald's That you can't buy him some food because Wells Fargo. Shut your cards down over some stupidity that they did

One snotty lady. Just look at her face!She definitely treated me like she didn’t want to be there and she pretended to be nice, but she was definitely nasty with some of her body language, and verbal gestures towards me. Her name is Cheryl by the way.My transaction took maybe 10 minutes.! Well, sorry lady! Dont work at a bank!Update, 8/1/22Since my review, things have changed.I have done business with Cheryl a few times since posting my initial review. She has changed her way about handling customers ( particularly me) . She gets an A, her boss must’ve had a conversation with her because now, she is more friendlier.Im changing my 3 stars to 4.

A customer @window took 30min to discuss a discrepancy on her account when that's what the customer service desk is for, holding up customers in line which the man in front of me walked out. I was 2nd in line.

Went into this Bank to open my son a bank account walked inside was not immediately approached by anyone in the bank so i said lets go over to the waiting area and sit down tnen all the sudden here comes Manny asking may i help you i said yes we are here to open my son a bank account he said (exact words) its 3;30 we close at 4;00 it take 45 minutes to open a bank account soe we cant open one today but you can open 1 online. i was like huh..you cant open my son a bank account because you close at 4 and its 330. i paused and turned to my son and said no son come on we will go to VYSTAR credit union and open 1 and all Manny could say was have a nice day . My question to Wells Fargo how many more customers are you going to lose because of Manny. You lost this one and i will be closing my account as soon as all my stuff clears.

Last week I went to the atm to deposit 300 dollars in 20s. It counted all the way to 260 then the atm jammed and started making a funny noise. The atm took my money and deposited 1 penny in my account. I had to have a stranger get help for me Inside. After 5 mins the manager comes out and say there is nothing they can do I have to leave the bank and make a claim. The claims department is rude and didn’t take this matter seriously. They told me I have to wait 10 full business days for an investigation. That was my kids Christmas money. I have yet to get any news or updates from anyone. The claims said I won’t get a response until 2 days before Christmas :/. Sad thing this isn’t the first time this has happened to people and now it happened to me right before the holidays. Do not use this bank do not use this branch or it’s atm . Instead of putting out of order sign they let people start using it immediately after it took someone’s hard earn money as if someone didn’t just loose 300 bucks. I’m considering hiring a lawyer and opening a investigation on this bank. No ceo or anyone has responded to my calls or emails.

About 5 months ago I went in to get a temp card and the lady who helped me asked if I wanted to upgrade my account from a teen to adult. I asked if there were any hidden fees, she said no but I ended up saying NO to the change. So yesterday I go to transfer some money out of my savings and I have NO MONEY left from all the service fees. I was lied to and stolen from. Canceling my accounts and finding another bank today.

Came in and haven't been here 20 mins and miss Sandy helped me with opening a new Checkings account. She went over all the fine print and didn't drag it out! And I love her accent. It's nice to have happy people helping at the bank.

I really hate this bank for now on I will go out of my way to go to my normal wells fargo location due to the fact my normal Location always has my check the day I deposit it. And now this d*** location twice now has held my check the next day so I can't pay bills. It's only this dang location that does it every dang time. I swear it's like they don't know what they are doing and I am so over it.

Smack dab in the middle of the ghetto, expect ur service to be non existent, the tellers while being thuggish also somehow managed to be snobby as well, I will never return to this location, I recommend avoiding this one, would give zero stars if possible
