A customer @window took 30min to discuss a discrepancy on her account when that's what the customer service desk is for, holding up customers in line which the man in front of me walked out. I was 2nd in line.

They are so slow even put hard holds on your money with no way to fix but go in the bank

Came in and haven't been here 20 mins and miss Sandy helped me with opening a new Checkings account. She went over all the fine print and didn't drag it out! And I love her accent. It's nice to have happy people helping at the bank.
