“I had my vehicle dipped a bit ago and love how it can be easily touched up. I took it for a true durability test and drove into the woods. The trails were pretty tight and you could hear the trees scratching the truck. After moving to a clearing, the wrap protected my paint and held up great! The durability is better than expected! “The best Tire Shop in the City Hands Down! And I’m not just saying that open everyday and the quality of the tires are amazing as well as the service they provide! They also have good energy towards customers and treat all their customers respectfully and provides quality service in a timely manner. And what makes it even better is that the flea market is there as well so it’s a one stop shop or just a good spot to walk around by yourself, with the family, with a friend and shop around for fresh produce fruits and veggies, and plenty of other items and hot cooked food as well while your tires are being maintenance! Just a blessed environment all around 10/10 services! I have plenty of great memories of my grand parents taking me to the same flea market as well from when I was younger so it makes it always a pleasure to stop by fr! Definitely highly Recommended!”

A.J assisted me and was straight forward with information and honesty about getting my truck serviced for new tires and alignment. I ended up waiting longer than expected for my alignment due to issues with the machine. That all got sorted out and A.J told me to not worry about alignment as it was on the house for the time it took.”

“Good place.. street acces alis a little hard place mostly for bob tails so plan your route. Replaced couple front tires, they were quick, and did a good job, wheels were balanced with some kinda plastic bids they say is lifetime balanced as long as those bids stay inside the wheels. They adjusted tire calibration on all the tires and mechanics sims knowledgeable.-Like this post, follow me for more.Thanks and God bless everyone.”

“It took longer than I expected but I ended up just leaving my car there and getting a ride to work. Also I was told I was getting the same tires and I interpreted that to mean the same brand I had. My car had Pirelli tires but were replaced with Cooper tires. I didn’t notice until I got home but I decided to read up on them and they are comparable tires, and I trust the guys at Big Chief. I have used them for more than 20 years.”
“They gave me a quote for fixing several things on my F250. The quote was $1,300. When I went to pick up my truck the bill was only $350. They got into it and saw that I didn’t need everything they quoted. If they were dishonest they could have really ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known any better, but they didn’t. This is an honest place to do business with and they do excellent work. They are also set up to work on Teslas. I’m taking mine there for tires now. Great people to work with!”

“Needed a rim for my son’s car and they had a perfect match. We only needed a rim, but I did notice several sets of good quality used tires available with plenty of tread. They were quick and easy to deal with and told me to bring it back if we had any problems. No problems, all good & definitely recommend.”

“Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.”

“In a time when customer service and professional expertise is scarce. I'm proud to give these guys a 5 star review. Let me explain, I purchased rims and tires from them years ago....and since then I've gotten my tires balanced at various tire shops, Big Chief, Tire plus, Tire kingdom ect... None of those mentioned could get my car to ride like it use to when Rim Tyme installed them. Since I live in callahan driving all the way back to them was my last resort and I can kick myself for not doing it sooner. I was surprised to see the name change. Nevertheless, I explain my issue i was told not to worry all would be rectified. Jerry, the tire tech was professional and very knowledgeable about my issue...it was brought to my attention that the previous tire techs had placed to much weight on the tires and I needed hub centric rings....after all of that was completed...my car rides smooth and easy like it did yrs ago. Words can't express how pleased I am to finally have my car riding good again. I'm blessed that this car isn't my primary vehicle and garage kept which is one of the reasons why I've dealt with the sub par ride for so long. Now I can bring my baby out the garage more and cruise the town! Thank you Jerry and the guys at Magic Rim job well done!!!”

“Used to be my favorite Tire store...until I purchased Pathfinder Sports for my Wrangler (they are only carried by DT & had a big recall in many sizes that ended 3 months before I was sold mine). Supposedly they had 60k mile warranty but when I started getting flats and low pressure issues, along with very irregular wear at only 28k miles (on last visit) I was told by the store manager that it was "normal wear for 28k Miles" and I should have bought Michelin's.! I filed a complaint w/ the NHTSA. Im not happy to give one star in YELP to DT. BUYER BEWARE...they no longer have the 60k mile warranty btw! Update : I did get a 50% DIscount on new Cooper tires...hopefully they'll work out better, the new manager and staff did right by me...Thanks guys”

“Sitting here at Mavis Tires, getting my front passenger tire checked out, due to it constantly losing pressure. And I realized that my previous review didn't go through for some reason. But no matter, as they are giving me reason to write a new one. Fast service, with little to no up sale. Too many other places always found a reason for a new tire but they'll definitely get you patched up here, so you can believe them if they actually do say you need a replacement. I haven't used there other services but they are great for tires!”
