“The eye exam inside of Costco it’s clearly the place to go that is fair was amazing. She took her time to explain things to me terminology. She was very kind and polite. The Costco eyeglass shop. It’s a wonderful place to go to purchase your glasses. I was amazed at how low the lenses cost me. They have a wide variety of brands. The prices on their frames are also quite amazing. I would not go anywhere else other than Costco to purchase my glasses as the price as I mentioned above is the best anywhere I have been.”
“Gas is always cheaper, especially with using the bjs credit card. People who take their time at the pump, like there isn't a line behind them waiting, are annoying but that's my only complaint.”
“The lines are very often long for gas, but it's the best price around, so if I have time I will wait. I love the using the app to get gas there. Phone scan QR code to activate the pump and pay all at once. Easy peasy.”
“Today was another wonderful day at Sam's club. Sunday Sunday I will have to say you would have to have the patience of a Saint if you're gonna get gas. Other than that it's great there's always new stuff coming out they always have what you need for the most part. The employees are nice and courteous and helpful cardiac and household. The parking lot as clean there might be random cart to your nail carts here and there but not enough to get bent out of shape over.”

“I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids from Costco Hearing Center on Gate Parkway, Town Center location. I was extremely impressed with the in-depth evaluation of my hearing loss and corrective plan to assist my hearing needs to live a better quality of life. Ms. Morgan Nachuk was my Senior Hearing Aid Specialist at Costco. She performed an in-depth hearing test(s), explained the results in detail and provided options that met my needs and lifestyle. A few days later, I had a follow-up visit for a fitting with computerized hearing adjustments. Ten or so days later, I had my scheduled return to cover any questions I might have as well as more consultation with caring for my hearing aids. I highly recommend Ms. Morgan Nachuk and Costco for your hearing needs. I wish I had done this years ago!”

“Need I say more? I'm so glad I live very close to Costco Wholesale in St. John's Town Center since I usually shop here for the items we need as a family. This staff here has always been very courteous and helpful whenever we need assistance. Since this is one of the few clubs in Jacksonville, this location can get very busy and crowded at times, especially during weekends. To circumvent this, I normally would go here close to their closing time and found it to be a much better shopping experience.”

They constantly are staying on a forward track of coming up with new ideas and designs of products and not just selling the same boring thing you see on everyone's websites for the past 40 years. “We shop here between once a month to once a week for household needs in bulk. It's great for buying your items in bulk and saving in the long run. The staff here are generally very nice and polite. Although it's not the staff's issue on the rule, their rule that requires you to move each item from one cart to another (to prevent theft) seems a bit... useless. In our case, we had already finished scanning everything, and I had already finished paying when we were switching everything over. It was self-checkout, too. While they have an associate over the area, it's not like they have one at every self-checkout watching it like a hawk like Costco does. Seems easy enough just to transfer everything over regardless if that was the person's goal anyway? Plus, that is why they have someone at the door that scans your receipt and a few of your items to make sure they match, I thought? Other than that, it was a good visit.”
“There was a woman... who gave me a racist moment and the truth is... it's embarrassing to have racist staff ?... not just once ? today ? I wanted to pay at another cashier and everything was normal and there was a Latin girl with her husband and his child there and also gave them a hard time, the cashier being from another country and making racist comments "how bad"”

“One of the best visits we have had. Kudos to the guys who got a ladder to help us with items and the last stop associate as you leave. If you are looking for a place to join for the discounts in north side we recommend. Just make sure to check The coupons and grab the gas on Your way out of the lot. I will say our one request is to have more healthy protein snack options.....we do have to go to Costco for those.”
“I go for the meat they will cut to your order. Meat looks fresh and not bad price. The store can be crowded and they only have 3 handicapped shopping scooters that are never available.”

After being rejected at tire plus and mavis because it was 3:30 pm and they had to close at 5, we ended up going to sams club tire service, and the whole team was AWESOME, super helpful, fix a flat tire in less than 40 minutes even though we wanted to just replace they were honest and advise us that the tire was fixable!Thank you guys, y’all did great”
“I went to this warehouse club last weekend and overall it was a pretty decent experience. The aisles are wide and it’s easy to navigate even when it’s a bit crowded. They have a huge selection of snacks and household items, which is nice if you’re stocking up. I did notice some of the shelves were a little messy, but the staff I saw were friendly and helpful when I asked about a product. Prices seemed reasonable for buying in bulk, and the checkout line moved faster than I expected. I’ll probably come back next month for some of the deals they had on cleaning supplies and paper goods.”
“This Sams has a cold produce and dairy area that is awesome. They have a larger variety of vegetables and fruits than other Jax stores but the milk is cheaper at Walmart.”

“I was having some vibration when my Honda Civic exceeded 55mph ... another tire place said it was a bad tire mount. I was suspicious since i had replaced the mounts 1 year before.They also said i needed new tires. I decided to get a quote from BJ's where i have had a membership for a couple years.
I had never used their tire service. The Bjs price on 4 new name brand tires with balance included- was $247 less than the other place. When we picked up the car Rocky ( I believe the manager) came out to tell us that there was a bad sensor and he had to replace. He said he would cover the cost of the sensor which allow alerts when tire pressure is low.
SO After driving the Civic at 65mph-
NO VIBRATION.
This Bjs store has earned my repeat business.”
“First time ever in a Bjs. Wasn't crowded, which I liked a lot. What I was kind of shocked by was a lot of empty shelves in the food section. Some had out of stock signs, and others were just empty. I figured end of the week rush, and they hadn't had the truck come in yet. Other than that great friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.”

“A big warehouse stocked with bulk food items meant for wholesale sale to restaurants. The prices are very competitive. Most, but not all, items are way below the retail price. They also sell some accessories and commercial refrigerators. Dress warmly for the refrigerated section.”
