They are very unprofessional they claimed they sent an email to cancel the appointment because I know longer needed to come in, which was a lie I never received an email. Then it was 2:00pm the didn't have a nutritionist on site. which was weird to me.

My experience was positive. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also, I went in without an appointment and; they saw me and everything went smoothly!

The woman answered the phone for scheduling is always rude. If you don't like your job go find another one also go take customer service class learn how to be polite in your work.
