I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and it was quite busy. I had about a 20 minute wait. The rep who served me (Luz) was super friendly and helpful despite the late hour.

Junsner did an exceptional job at handling my mobile line transfer. After spending hours trying to do it myself, he was able to figure it out by using all of the methods he had available. It was definitely a unique issue and he handled it perfectly. Had a very smooth experience :)
