“I called 611 T-mobile customer service on Friday July 14th because during phone calls, the sound would fade out. On the first call the person identified himself, and I verified myself, once I explained my issue, the sound faded out and he couldn't hear me anymore so that call ended. I made a second call T-mobile 611, again that person identified herself, I explained my issue before identifying myself, and that person in a very demanding tone, told me to go into the store without trying to assist me. I asked the person what she said, and again with her TERRIBLE TONE... advised me to go into the store, and the call ended. On Saturday morning July 15th I went to T-mobile store number 2404 on Merrill Road, and I received the best customer service Sonya, Damiek and Dina were working. Upon entering the store I was greeted with "good morning how may we assist you", I advised them of the issue with the sound fading in and out during calls. They did a few test calls, with my phone and my issue was resolved. I've gone into this store on several occasions and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING!!! A few months back I had another issue with my phone, I called T-mobile customer service, about my issue, not being able to open forms/ documents on my phone, again they couldn't assist me, so I went to this same location were I purchased my phone (store 2404), Sonya and Johnathan assisted me on that day resolving my issue. From my experience, I won't be calling 611 T-mobile customer service again, it's a total waste of time. Knowledge less representatives with terrible attitudes. I'll go to T-mobile store number 2404 Merrill Road, were customer's are greeted with a smile, treated with respect by knowledge employee's!!! I contacted another store and ordered a screen replacement for my phone only to be told the day of fixing that the worker ordered the wrong screen. I then called iFix and he ordered the screen right then and repaired my screen by the next day 2pm. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go!!”

“Coming into this store was such a breath of fresh air! I walked in with my girlfriend into an already crowded store and was immediately greeted politely by more than one sales associate. Damien was the one who assisted me with what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I needed, exactly where it was and had me in and out of there in about five minutes. He even put my screen protector on my phone for me and on top of that was cool as all get out. He was the only person out of three different phone stores I had gone to that day who didn't try to give me the run around or try to talk me into something I didn't want just to make a sale, VERY helpful! I'll be going back the next time I need a new phone.”

“After a horribly disrespectful experience at the Atlantic Boulevard Woods location, I went to the location at Hodges and Beach. Employees at this location we're understanding, helpful, personable and treated me with respect. All of my questions were answered, all of my needs were met. “Highly recommend working with Freddy if you come to this location. Came in because my WiFi speeds at the house were not what they should be according to the plan that I currently have, and Freddy was quick to help. He looked up my account and was able to determine that the modem that I had did not support the speeds for the current plan I had. Not only was he able to quickly assess and resolve my issue, he also noticed that my contract expired and asked if I wanted to re-sign a new contract so that I would save a substantial amount of money on the bill each month. From entering the store, Freddy was able to find and resolve my issue, save me money, all while training a new associate and ALSO assisting another customer, I was in and out in 15 minutes!”

“Heads up t-mobile folks. Recently after being with t-mobile since 2013 (at least), I received a text. If I wanted to keep my auto pay discount, I had to set up the deduction from my debit or bank account. I'm guessing we don't pay enough for our service, so they are cutting out the credit card companies ?. So much for us making a few pennies each month from our credit card points. Aside from that these folks were great. They assisted me in setting up my account so now I get to keep my discount ??”

Zay was the one who helped us out and he was awesome to work with- he's super friendly, very helpful and made the process simple. He was patient with us while we dug around for account numbers and even stayed past closing to continue to help us. Zay is the reason I will come back to this T-Mobile. We are in the market for new head phones and this seems like a good excuse to go back.”

Coming from Comcast where I'd have to talk to a automated service for an hour then talk to a person in another country for an hour then get a tech schedule to come out a week later, IQ Fiber has been so impressive to me. I had one issue, I'm talking to an actual person within a minute and getting a tech out the same day to resolve the issue. The performance of their service is also amazing. Please IQ Fiber never change your current customer service it is leauges better than any other company out there!”
