“Unfortunately i have had bad service before at this location and today my mother needed help and we live right next to this location so we decided we would give it a try, thinking we were most likely going to walk in and leave because its always so long to get attended but not today !! Rallow(might be writting it wrong) was absolutely amazing !!! Fast service and giving my mother all of his attention to not only resolve her issue but to literally give her a step to step tutorial on how to use the app. I just really wanted to give him a shout out because he is wonderful at his job and it might not be a big thing because he is just doing his job but for someone who has gone through a bad experience, when you get a good one it makes all the difference and my mother would go there just for him. We visited this location and after being kindly greeted we informed Ross of our situation. He was able to introduce us to Miguel. Miguel was exceedingly polite and reassuring - expediently correcting the problem we had. Not only did he just clear the issue up, but he clarified why the issue was happening in the first place. We left feeling reassured, and truthfully Miguel brightened up our day which had otherwise been a tough one.”

“First, Leane was AWESOME! We had to travel from GA to Florida. Our first stop was the Apple store to transfer data from old phone to new phone. We wanted to port the number to the new phone. Apple sent us to Verizon. We had to do a lot of other account work with the Verizon account person via email, texts and phone calls. We were having problems and Leane took control of the situation and made it happen! If not for her, we would have had to go back to GA and then come back to FL! I can't stress enough how awesome Leane is! If you need anything, go see her!!”
