“I decided to try out IQ after Xfinitys prices kept rising and their service got worse. The installation process was very quick and efficient. I wanted to especially shout out the techs, Daniel and Nick, for such an amazing job. Not only were they on time but they were very professional, explained everything I'd need to know/answered my questions and made sure the whole house was receiving the best signal possible. So far the Internet signal has been great. No drops or slow times. The app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Makes checking on your network a breeze. You really can't beat IQ. Flat rate, no contract, no hidden fees, no data cap. I know this sounds like an ad but it's just fact. Hit them up, give them a try (No contract, remember). Going from $115 to $65 a month and all the other incentives was a no brainer. I'm glad I made the change. Change is the only constant in life along with death, don't be afraid of it.I'll update later on with how the service is over time. For now, 5 stars!”

“The ONLY reason I’m giving this review a 5 star is bcz of RONDREKA. I went to return a iPhone to the store and a newbie by the name of “Justin” was very unprofessional . I was told by a T-Mobile representative to take my trade in phone to that store. Instead of Justin asking his colleagues questions being that he’s a newbie he rudely turned me around basically telling me that’s not the store without him looking into it. That’s when I stopped Rondreka and asked her a question and without hesitation she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. You need more workers like her for that store because having Justin there will having you calling corporate or even giving that store a bad name because of his customer service. Thank you Rondreka for everything you did I truly appreciate you hands down.”

“I had a very bad experience switching my line over to T-Mobile from Version. Although in the cluster of this process I had a wonderful experience at this store. There was a new girl working. She handled everything like a boss! The store was short handed. This young lady stepped up. Her name is Gabrielle. She kept a smile, she was over multitasking, she was handling 3 to 4 customers maintaining a very positive attitude with a smile. She was 100% going over and beyond. She definitely kept my spirits up no matter how frustrated I was. I give her A 100 out of 100 for her outstanding service. Thank you Gabrielle!”

Ada helped us navigate our options and was very transparent the whole time about pricing, options, etc. She turned something that could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. “I called 611 T-mobile customer service on Friday July 14th because during phone calls, the sound would fade out. On the first call the person identified himself, and I verified myself, once I explained my issue, the sound faded out and he couldn't hear me anymore so that call ended. I made a second call T-mobile 611, again that person identified herself, I explained my issue before identifying myself, and that person in a very demanding tone, told me to go into the store without trying to assist me. I asked the person what she said, and again with her TERRIBLE TONE... advised me to go into the store, and the call ended. On Saturday morning July 15th I went to T-mobile store number 2404 on Merrill Road, and I received the best customer service Sonya, Damiek and Dina were working. Upon entering the store I was greeted with "good morning how may we assist you", I advised them of the issue with the sound fading in and out during calls. They did a few test calls, with my phone and my issue was resolved. I've gone into this store on several occasions and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING!!! A few months back I had another issue with my phone, I called T-mobile customer service, about my issue, not being able to open forms/ documents on my phone, again they couldn't assist me, so I went to this same location were I purchased my phone (store 2404), Sonya and Johnathan assisted me on that day resolving my issue. From my experience, I won't be calling 611 T-mobile customer service again, it's a total waste of time. Knowledge less representatives with terrible attitudes. I'll go to T-mobile store number 2404 Merrill Road, were customer's are greeted with a smile, treated with respect by knowledge employee's!!! “Heads up t-mobile folks. Recently after being with t-mobile since 2013 (at least), I received a text. If I wanted to keep my auto pay discount, I had to set up the deduction from my debit or bank account. I'm guessing we don't pay enough for our service, so they are cutting out the credit card companies ?. So much for us making a few pennies each month from our credit card points. Aside from that these folks were great. They assisted me in setting up my account so now I get to keep my discount ??”

After some eye squinting maneuvers on the old phone's white-out screen, Joseph's expertise ensured a smooth transition of important info in her Samsung Notes to the new device. “Ok, so...I dropped my phone yet again. (It's been a thing lately). This time the screen didn't crack but screen functions were severely compromised and it seemed like I would need to use that insurance yet again ?.The Verizon store at River City Marketplace has an awesome associate named Sam Went, ?(whom I'm reasonably sure, helped me the last time I messed up my phone). I was literally walking out with my phone back to normal in three minutes after Sam worked some magic by fixing the settings.
