Look for another service, they are thieves, when the year is about to end they double your bill and if you cancel they take the money from you anyway and don't return it until 21 days later. The worst thing is that when you cancel you cannot see the bill that is coming because you lose access to the account. They take out the duplicate bill without you waiting for it, regardless of leaving your account in the negative. When you want to cancel, they want to sell you a slower internet at the price you had previously.

The absolute worst customer service. Not only were they not helpful, they do not know nor understand their business relationships with Samsung and Assurant Insurance. I do not recommend their services at all. It was five days of dealing with a phone that was not working after 7 months. All 3 entities pointed the finger at each other. Bye! Hello Verizon!

Their internet is a scam, told them I was going on a deployment and when I got back I was told I owed $320 even tho I had my account on hold. They deactivated my account without my knowledge and when I tried to call them they said all I have to do is pay the amount to restart services, what a joke they don’t know what they're doing.

What a joke can’t restore my service until I get the refund THEY OWE ME FOR 3 months making my bill just over 400$ been a customer 3 years very upsetting this is how they treat loyal customers. WHAT A JOKE

Terrible customer service, both in store and on phone. Nearly impossible to reach a live agent. Issues monthly, never late on a bill, have been charged twice, have been charged after canceling my account

Went into the store they couldn’t help me resolve the issue they sat me down to FaceTime an “agent” agent couldn’t help and just gave the customer service phone number which told me I have to back to the store to fix they issue and to talk to a manager

Had this service with no issues before, moved to a older apartment and was getting 2%-15% out of internet, went and got a new modem thinking that was the issue and they gave me a storm WiFi extender, internet still crap, they sent out 2 techs in the following 2 months, told me I have a old cable line that needs to be replaced, canceled my service and they won’t take back the storm wifi, called them with no help and the second call the agent told me they wouldn’t charge my account and they would take it back, went to Comcast for the second time and they denied me, got a manger and she was telling me the guidelines and didn’t ask or care to hear my side, called for the 3rd time with no help, they lied to me on being able to return it and my account being charged, don’t understand the like of help or trying to understand a situation, makes me not want to do service with them ever again!

That all I can say is this store manager was very very rude. About two weeks ago, I sent my son to this store to get a new sim card for his phone but she refused to helped and talked rude to him.

That company is the most fraudulent that you can see in the United States!
My experiences with Xfinity mobile by Comcast are the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life!! The first thing is that the agents are NOT qualified to do their jobs. They just lie to customers and do wrong things when people want to buy a mobile phone through an agent by phone.
They tell you wrong prices and wrong information when u do an order by phone.
The signal and network on phones is very often lost and the internet without contract for 2 years as they said isn’t true! Just lie!
They can do whatever they want and costumers can’t do nothing. Is very hard to talk to any of the managers to solve any problem.
If you are thinking to being a new client of Xfinity just think very well about all those negative things!!! I’ll not recommend this company to anyone because this company just makes you 😤🤮frustrated and crazy when you deal with people who really cannot help you!

I do not understand how they have good Internet service and they can't find a good representative, instead of helping you, they just make you pay more, they don't know what they are doing and we have to pay for their mistakes, because they don't explain the best option customers have. I came because my bill was double than the month before and when I finished the bill double again. It is crazy!!!. And you try to get answers and they just say you have to pay, they don't care if you have a life with them. Those are the things even the Internet service is good, when things happen we think to change.

This company is beyond vile. Predatory, even.
I have been lied to time and time again from Comcast Xfinity. Today they no call no showed an appointment just to tell me I never had an appointment. They offered me a promotion offering an iPad with a 2yr contract of the fastest internet which I didn’t necessarily need. The list goes on. There’s no way to chat with a real human if you need help so you’re left waiting on insane lines to chat with someone- see attached photo of 662 people in line before me. Avoid this internet service like the plague. Criminal.

Went today and they told me they can not put in a ticket order due to there is a huge amount of cable wire sticking out of my property and needs to be dug. Then told me they can't service the extended wifi POD that I would have to go through online (1-800#), they cant help withy low Xfinity wifi service.
Worst customer service.
A gentleman I believe his name is John he was a piece of crap for customer service. Horrible horrible representation for this company.
Xfinity Sucks.
Their communication is horrid.
I can't wait till my new neighborhood has AT&T.
I am gonna buy my own modem vs paying 25.00 for a modem that doesn't even pick up service. I get the same service with my own tower.
Horrible. Xfinity (Comcast) service is going down hill.
Gonna look into DISH and the Wi-Fi they offer.

Unwilling to help in this store.
Staff in store contradicting what I was told by online customer service.
Came to store and instructed they cannot help with what was guaranteed for pick up today at this specific store by online representative. I showed confirmation from online customer representative and continued to refuse services.
I was told to call customer service phone number while I was in this store. Refused to help correct any errors or confusion while I was in this store and instead had me call their colleagues.
Very disappointing and frustrating.
Terrible customer service experience.
