But, one other thing, how many of the “other guys” give you a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on their product. The answer is NONE.
So, when I tell you that a few weeks ago, due to a screw actually breaking, one long bar holding over 100 of my wife’s dresses, crashed to the ground. I called their office and explained this, and eventually got to speak to the owner, a Mr. Sam Masucci.
Let me tell you that Sam asked me to send him a couple pictures, which I did, and fast forward he told me he wanted to send out one of his best guys, Benson, whom I very much enjoyed his company, to go through and replace not only the broken screw, but ALL of the screws used in the construction of the hanging bars. Since I have a terrible back, Benson even helped take off all my wife’s dresses and hang them back up when he was done. And for all this? NO CHARGE.

You just don’t find a company like Able Closets. And we knew it right away, because as they were leaving when they finished six years ago, we asked them to do another project in our laundry room, THAT VERY DAY”
