“I love this Plato’s. The one I used to go to was horrible. This location is so sweet, they constantly put out new stuff and the staff is always so welcoming and kind.
I moved down here 7 months ago and decided to give Plato’s a shot and I’m glad I did. I have sold there multiple times and now I just shop there for fun because the deals are good and the clothes are cute.
I feel bad for all the Plato’s slander. They’re kids and young adults doing their job. It’s a business. They aren’t going to pay you retail prices for items they are trying to sell. They are a thrift or consignment store. They sell atleast 40-60% lower than retail so when they buy they give you a percentage of that. I have gotten so many clothes there (free people, lulu lemon and more) that I would NEVER be able to afford brand new. I love it.
It’s a win, win. Being able to make money off of my old clothes without having to take the time to post them online and hold onto them, and then I get to buy (new to me) clothes.
