“Amazing experience! I went into Monkees after window shopping, and was so happy I did. The owner was very helpful and found a pair of dressy shorts for me that fit perfectly, and a pair of tortoiseshell earrings. I live well over an over away but will be back for a day in downtown Stuart and a stop at Monkees. Bright, punchy colors and casual and dressy options-something for everyone! Palm Beach vibe for sure.”

“O Sole Mio is Italian for my sun. It's the perfect name for a clothing store in the Sunshine State. Kathleen Hagnauer has owned this boutique located in historic downtown Stuart since 2011. A lot of the boutiques on this street only sell womenswear but at O Sole Mio they sell upscale men and women's golf wear, sportswear, dresses, tops, bottoms, and accessories. They carry brands Tommy Bahama, Vineyard Vines, Southern Marsh, Fish Hippie, Castaway, Barbara. Erickson, Southern Tide, and Peter Miller. You can pick out the perfect outfit for golfing, boating, the beach, and hanging out with friends. My favorite pieces were the nautical shirts, colorful blouses, and island inspired sundresses. Everything they sell is perfect for the relaxed Florida vibe. All of the ladies working here were so friendly too!”

“Ross has always been one of my favorite stores. Much of what I look for is always available. However, the store should have more smaller sizes in all items. When iI can't find specific things, I can always come back and be able to find it. Prices are great on everything. The employees are wonderfully friendly, courteous and happy...always a great experience when I shop here!”

Perfect for the weather perfect for the mood perfect for Stuart Florida. And you won't spend an arm and a leg either!”
“Girls Downtown has been located in historic downtown Stuart since 2000. They sell trendy women's tops, bottoms, skirts, dresses, and handbags. There are a lot of womenswear boutiques on this street and Girls Downtown prices fit in with the other shops in the area. At the Girls you can shop attractive displays of clothing brands Skemo Khush, Rlan, and La Mer Luxe. They also sell jewelry from Kovel, Twinkles, and Presco. I really liked their colorful, breezy sundresses, perfect for Florida and a pink, beaded America & Beyond bag. To save some money, check out the 50 percent rack in the back of the store. Just be sure to try on whatever you buy first. They have a strict return policy on all items sold. You only have 14 days to return, unworn items with tags still on for a store credit. There are no cash refunds.”
