“I came in today with a horrible issue. A mobile deposit I made on 11/22 was not clear enough in the image, so PNC deducted the check amount today and cause me to be negative over -$700. I am a single mother and do not have a savings of money for a rainy day. So being in the negative the day before Thanksgiving means that we wouldn't be able to buy Thanksgiving dinner. JASMIN helped me for quite a while trying to remedy the situation. She was so kind and empathetic. She went above and beyond for me and comforted me when I was told they couldn't release my funds. My phone calls to the Customer Service line was terrible, but JASMIN helped me see the positives and encouraged me before I left.
